Join a sports club. Running should be fine with long sleves. Excercise as if you are trying to kill your body with it. It'll properly reset you and the runners high you'll eventually get is amazing.

Find something to look forward to.
In all I lived that is the one thing that matters most in life. Finding something to live for. Otherwise, you'd be drifting around with not much reason to do so.

May that be a hobby, a passion, perhaps wanting to visit somewhere, or even pushing yourself to find someone. Find something to pursue, and reach for it.

Its easy to dismiss this, or to question all the what-ifs and why's. But truthfully and wholeheartedly, you just have to do. Don't be afraid of what might happen, just take that leap of faith and chart a path for yourself.

Friends are made, they aren't distributed or just show up randomly.
So you have to go where the sort of people you'd like to be friends with hang out.
Once you find someone you'd like to be your friend, self-pity is an absolute killer. All it does it pile pressure on your would-be friend to make you feel better.
