My generation belonged to Millennials, we grew up with certain freedoms and resrictions for our own good, especially until halfway through high school when we became a tad wiser, but before that parents had us in bed before 10 pm, no caffeine, fast food was on special occasions, low alcohol, tobacco slim to none. Whereas the last few generations wants to behave like adults so much they're only picking up only the vices: highly caffeinated drinks, tobacco and vape, doom scrolling to bed until 3 am, less than 4 hours of sleep, constantly saturated with digital content, pills upon pills, cannot go without their smartphone more than two minutes because the fear of thinking for themselves or meditating is too scary.
