She didn't have any girly clothing, the few times I saw her dressed in anything was a pair of briefs. I also feel we just called each other by name, and she had medium length blonde hair. I only ever saw her playing outside, or when our parents took us to a water reservoir nearby. So since she was always naked, there were no identifiable gendered features.
BTW, She was definitely embarrassed, I think she was a year or two older then me and the other two boys in our group, who were around my age. She was the oldest, and one of the boys was younger then me by a year at most. In our courtyard area, we were the only kids in that age group, so she was stuck with us.
Her parents were dirt poor and basically had no clothes for her apart from her school uniform. They also had no interest of washing her school clothes if she got them dirty playing outside. Maybe there was more to it, but that's all I know. So, if it was warm enough, she was let out naked.
