I made the numerator a whole number and multiplied them across, to get something like 63 over 15, so I would have assumed it would have been 4 over 1/5, but clearly I'm not understanding something

study is one thing, practice is another.
I'm crazy out of practice for math like that. I can do all the numberwork in my head easily still, yeah. but I haven't done this kind of math in literally over a decade, so I'm actually unsure of the process.
