Even if you are taken advantage for being nice, it is still a really good attribute, most people act in self interest, being nice is not that common as one might think.

In this situation, I believe setting a goal with closed ones might be a good step forward for your life. Being scared of not doing something because that would mean the cancellation of a shared plan with someone else might be something that helps you complete stuff.
You said you have no social life, but do you have close family? Maybe a partner, or a close friend? Even from work, someone you trust? It's okay if you don't at the moment, but it could help set plans for the future if you do have a person like that.
A shared plan could be as simple as going to the gym together every Friday, or taking a short hike every morning, or completing some sort of studies, like language learning, or vocational workshops. Maybe even just a one time thing, like a holiday together.
Now it might sound like a total crazy idea that you wouldn't do, but once you break the first wall of asking the other person to do so, if they accept, you are tied to complete it.
What do you think about this idea? It's okay if you think it's dumb, or that you are not in a position to do such a thing, just be honest.

i play vidya and have tried rubiks puzzles but they get boring one you figure them out.

A hobby is nothing more but something that you can repeatedly do with a group of people.
There is a website called meetup.com to find random people to do activities with, but the best way to find friends through a hobby, in my opinion, is to pick a random one, like for example chess, and go to a place where people group up to play chess together.
If you are consistent in joining this group, you will keep encountering the same people over and over, maybe playing a game with them a couple of times, having small talk and slowly becoming friends with them.
Chess and other hobbies are especially nice, because you don't even need to go to a physical location to do so, you can go into social games like VRChat and go to a chess world.
If you play a couple of minutes daily, you will eventually meet the same people, and eventually have new friends.
Doesn't have to be chess of course, but if you are down to try that on a social game like VRChat I can help you learn the game and meet some commoners in there.
