NOOOO us priests can't just report child molestation! There's simply too much of it! Why don't young people want to go to our churches anymore? I could be wrong but it is likely due to confessionals being completely private. Forcing priests to snitch on people in any capacity causes several issues and is rarely done outside of a nation that has been historically condemned for tyranny.
