It's not a polyp, looks like a long built up scrab or clot. Does your nose feel fine structurally? Was there any associated bleed?

As far as Im aware (havent done any research), but Im personally of the belief that swallowing your tonsils is the natural process of keeping them out of the way to eat and not choking to death when you sleep due to a clog.
