...I often feel the same, actually.
My girlfriend often tells me just those things, and it often feels like I've successfully fooled her into loving me,
that everything I say and I do is disingenuous,
that I am a monster for making her love me.
So what if she doesn't deserve your love?
You want her by you. She makes your days brighter and more hopeful, and you love to have her by you.
You want to be by her while she finds her way. You might not know the way, or what to do, or if you can do those things for her, but you want to be there while she/you two figure this out
Therapy worked for me.
Gestalt therapy, in particular.
It hits you hard, and it's terrifying, and more than once I have left wanting to puke, but it has changed the way I think and feel in a lot of good ways, in not too long a period of time, either...
Tell her you want to be by her, because you love her, "and you want to deserve her" maybe? That last one may work, but it would take a bit of power from you, if that worries you
