But i would respond with examples of areas where immigration is much lower, and the population is majority, if not 100% red, but the infrastructure and it's city/county/district management has left those areas in disarray. Crumbling roads, lack of proper healthcare, emergency services and access to education is far more difficult. And these are areas where the Left, and immigrants are nearly non existent.
The failure of those areas can only blamed on its republican government officials, but still somehow, even with a majority republican government, these communities struggle, and its without immigrants "alleged" burden on the system.
I worked at a pawn shop for 5 years, regardless of who was president people kept struggling, And this was in a semi rural area
