Why annex Canada when you can simply create a chimera instead.

The trouble is that Trump is not looking at the big picture. He thinks the USA is the bees knees and the best the world can be. The USA are only a fraction of what all the countries of the world have to offer. Canada has loads to offer both in resources and talent.

If the commonwealth would give all the land and resources of Canada to the United States they would simply ignore the people living there and extract all the value from the land and leave us like a dirty napkin.

What Trump must do is go address King Charles and ask for a strong alliance that would temporary merge everything both parties own. If Trump wants to deal with Canadians directly instead he needs to show Canadians what he's actually offering and what are the guarantees he won't simply take those gift away once we make the shift.

You need to go back in time at the very beginning of civilization.

Back then some humans found shiny rocks simply laying around on the ground and they grabbed those rocks and carved little symbols on them as to prevent others from taking their shinnies.

This is the genesis of what we know as the modern monetary based syste.

The only reason immigration is a problem in modern society is because the government can't tax those they can't track. Even though immigrants take the jobs other don't want, or are hired to help most big companies by doing undesirable jobs, people still assume they are lazy.

Ironically, the party that cries for smaller government regulation and less taxes cries the loudest about immigrants. They are brainwashed to think immigrants are stealing their jobs by the news, but in reality it's to keep them from being envious of those who aren't tracked by the government. So many republicans want to live off grid, but then bitch because people who are off grid are doing what they can't.

It's all down to money

That is a fair argument. But i would respond with examples of areas where immigration is much lower, and the population is majority, if not 100% red, but the infrastructure and it's city/county/district management has left those areas in disarray. Crumbling roads, lack of proper healthcare, emergency services and access to education is far more difficult. And these are areas where the Left, and immigrants are nearly non existent.
The failure of those areas can only blamed on its republican government officials, but still somehow, even with a majority republican government, these communities struggle, and its without immigrants "alleged" burden on the system.

I worked at a pawn shop for 5 years, regardless of who was president people kept struggling, And this was in a semi rural area

you really dont know what he can do next. but in all likelihood probably just more surveillance and imprisonment.

his bill is saying that AI will be determined by the FEDS for the next 10 years, and not the states. meaning he'll probably enforce some police state on the country through AI, similar to what China has. and then along with that he'll use it to imprison "dissidents" into his newly made detainment centers for migrants.

make sure to invest in prison conglomerates now. their stock is steadily rising as the bill is being closer to signed. they stand to profit massive amounts as the administration has set billions aside for new detention centers for migrants.

The plot was really simple. Stop this trend of Hellenistic conquests at all cost.

So they created a world wide war.

A war so big that it was supposed to end all wars.

They killed Archduke Franz Ferdinand before he could ally with the Ottoman to prevent them winning.

It was a coup d'รฉtat.

>What is the worst case scenario and how likely do you think it is
the worst case scenario is playing out. he is hindering growth through uncertainty. he is hurting the youth by renegging on college debt relief, increasing prices on everything through tariffs, destroying institutions of science and medicine, falling back on old less efficient technology for immediate gain rather than research and development for future industries.

he's basically pumping the US for as much money as he can make from it now but not putting any points into future growth. China will probably surpass us in terms of innovation and such.

a simple comparison, look at how russia and the US were both competing and yet today there are no russian computers in existence. same thing will happen the america now. in 50 years we'll look back and say hey how come this futuristic industry is completely dominated by China when the US was a big power back then too?
