I didn’t wear shoes to feel more naked though, it’s just it would have been incredibly painful to walk the trail and over stones and rocks barefoot lol. I do try and go fully nude mostly, as feeling grass or sand under your feet is just as nice.
I think because I wasn’t the only nude one the clothed people bumped into, it was obvious I was just one of the nudists. Still, I’m not sure how many knew they were entering a nudist section of that river, as it’s not signposted anywhere or on maps haha.
Nowadays, if I’m in a designated nudist spot, I won’t think twice about approaching or being amongst clothed people. In a non-nudist setting, yeah it’s a little more bold. I’ve never had a bad experience though… only good. Sure, that’s because I do also get off on the teasing, but that’s only happened a few times. Most of the time people just ask questions or are genuinely curious or they give compliments or whatever. This goes for both beaches and hotels/spas, where nudity is not the norm, but not that unusual. I have been caught on the street or in buildings before, but as that’s completely out of the norm, I don’t tend to hang around and chat!
As for beaches though, I hang out drinking one evening with a group of guys who were on holiday where I was, and just spent the evening drinking beers and chatting as the only one naked, and they didn’t care at all after we got over the questions.
That’s quite some time to be forced into staying in the water… the feelings of being tapped must have been quite fun. How did you feel when you did get out and how did they all react?
