Remember during the 2000s when everything was simpler? When we were looking forward to the future instead of dreading it? When everyone thought tech peaked when the iPhone came out (in fact it did, everything is shit now)? When the internet was an exciting frontier ready to be explored (now it’s boring as shit)? Those are the times I miss, the wonderful World we grew up in has been dead for some time. Maybe we were just naive kids looking at everything with rose tint, though.

The 2010s were good imo, at least the first half brought internet memes and internet culture into mainstream. Second half not so much, and now all the shine we had left dulled in the 2020s.

This is literally that one South Park episode, everything has in fact turned to shit.
