the law is literally not being enforced. there have been no arrests. its not a law like you think it is. its a law like downloading movies and music is illegal. its a civil dispute. even if you went to the police department and told them you genned nude celebs they'd look at you like you were crazy just like if you told them you downloaded a movie illegally.
