If you do not have a hunger when you smell it, were you hungry?

Answer is home cooking 101: put it in the fridge.
Eggs can be reheated, served in a sandwich, made into egg salad, chopped and added to an omelette, dropped in ramen, etc.
Same with steak, gently reheated to not overcook it, sliced and served in sandwich or sauced with noodles, put it into an omelette the next day, added to a soup or stew, or actually well seasoned medium-cooked steak is good cold too.
Or toss it outside to summon whatever critters exist around you.

Yeah I decided on a cup of noodle I'm not risking being nauseous and going to waste the good shit I have if I'm just going to end up throwing it up or not enjoying it.
