Really depends on the line, ship size, and clientele. There is little to no chance on a Disney cruise with a bunch of families for example. And if you are talking Carnival its a bunch of bleh on that boat combined with shitty crew. The old fashioned stuffy ones are meh too for sex, unless you like GILF.

However, there ARE singles cruises and stuff like Virgin Cruises that cater to adults only. Those are your best bets for potential pussy. Royal C. seemed to have people who might be sexually active on them too.
