Im only on 6vram myself. I built a comfyui auto-resizer node that scales it down to 10x24x1024 (or in that range depending on aspect ration) processes it at a lower resolution, then upscales it afterwards. I get around 45 seconds per gen.

I've run similar nodes in Comfyui, but realized there was no point since anyone can just upscale for free online so the 5-10 seconds sent upscaling can be passed on to the consumer. That and the upscaler would hang once in a blue moon for reasons unknown.
