I reckon its die to the fact they play it down. Where either younger or recently divorced women play it up and try to make themselves hotter (sometimes overplaying it a bit) the mom's with the kids dress a bit more sensibly to downplay it in the hopes of setting an example.
Then the clothes come off to reveal an insanely sexy body (even better in lingerie) and she goes full slut mode, that flip of the coin makes it so much better.
It's like I would prefer a woman who is just in jeans and t-shirt with minimal make up most of the time than the woman who constantly dresses herself up to impress everyday. Because when the first woman puts in the effort for some event you get hit with the WOW factor, whereas the second woman its just SSDD. I'd take that wow factor any day
