Ok, you're fine. You might need more Ram if you want to do video, but for inpainting you've got more than enough. My gens take about 45 seconds. Yours should actually take about 20-30 seconds after it's set up correctly.

Some slight noise/grain over the whole image (not just the AI generated part). Pulls the image together as a whole, and reduces the shiny 'perfectness' that AI images often have.

If you look at the differences between our two outputs Waz's is just better in general. He once posted a screenshot of his workflow and it's honestly a thing of beauty.
Anyway, what I was getting at is that you'll notice in the original image and in Waz's version there's a bit of film grain "noise" after it finishes generating the new image (that's the Post in PostProcessing) that helps to blend a lot of the edges of the image. I know one way to do it, but the last time I tried it added way too much and I never went back to fine tune it. I definitely should take the time to do it though as the results speak for themselves.

There's actually specialized nodes that do it and there's even a version of the KSampler (the thing where we tweak most of the settings) that has it included. But like I said it's a fine tune sort of thing and it doesn't always look right in every picture.
