Anywho, so where SV comes into the mRNA situation with the covid jabs is that it would be very expensive to have machinery to simply create each individual strand of mRNA. So they use plasmids. The plasmds have their own DNA. If you take one plasmid and bio-engineer it to produce the mRNA sequence you want... that is still one plasmid in a sea of plasmids that may or may not be producing the mRNA you want. So within the bio-engineering of the plasmid to produce the mRNA sequence you want you also encode for resilience against the antibacterial that is going to be used to kill off all the plasmids that didn't up take your bio-engineering to get just the plasmids that are producing the mRNA you want. They're little bio-engines making it for you.
At any rate, it would seem that Pfizer used SV-40 genetic material for origin of replication and promotor bits of the DNA sequence in the plasmids.
