Cuz Aerith is unbeatable. Personally I found Yuffie to be cancer when I played FF7. Her only redeeming quality was her ultimate weapon's ability to morph at max damage, was helpful in the sunken plane. Other than that, she can go be obnoxious somewhere else.
Also, I don't compartmentalize "looks" away from "personality". It's the total package.
