I'll be real with you, HD doesn't make a big difference. My workflow automatically resizes everything to 1024x1024 (or close enough while maintaining aspect ratio) and then it upscales it at the end back to the original resolution. So if you posted an 8k image or something then it would probably look like ass since it would be 8k upscaled from standard def
What matters a lot more is how clear the face is in the picture.

Ok. I'll explain. 4chan has an image limit on all of it's boards. Each thread can only hold 150 images. This, along with the image size limit, is to save server space so they can continue to run this site on a moldy potato from 2005.
In a request thread like these, it's important to make sure that as many people get their requests in as possible. As a common courtesy, this means that you should take a look at the how many images are currently posted.
At the time I'm writing this there are 194 posts, with 150 images, and it's on page 3. I know this because at the bottom and top of the page it lists this clearly.
SO! When the thread already has several unfulfilled requests and its above 140, you posting a new image to request, not only means I won't get to you, but also keeps others from getting their requests fulfilled.

I get that it sucks to not notice a request thread until its about to close out, but that doesn't mean you should fuck it up for others.
Your best chance would have been to respectfully ask if I had the time to do a second thread. I can often be persuaded to do just that. Unfortunately I have a meeting with my boss in a couple hours and have something i need to finish between now and then, so I won't have time for at least a few more hours

Not every wizard does cumshopping.
I still have issues when I try to target specific areas or inpaint. I have to tweak *so many* settings constantly to get good results without warping faces and it still regularly fucks up.
I get why other wizards don't bother with this as much, especially when there's so few of us to begin with. I know there's others who do it, but it looks like I'm the only one online right now. And I started this thread about 3 hours ago. I might do it again later, but not right now.

So broadly speaking there's 3 styles I can do on my computer. Inpainting, outpainting, and image to image.
I literally run this on a 2 year old laptop. I spent about 3 days trying to get image to video to work but haven't managed more than a couple decent gens and each attempt took nearly 6 minutes.
Image to image is usually what I'm using in this thread and it's where I take a base model with 3-4 specialized Loras that I'm constantly tweaking to get better results. All it's doing is scanning the image and comparing it to the specialized model along with some prompts to activate specific portions of the model.
Inpainting is what you usually see in a nudify thread where you draw a mask over the image to tell it specifically what you want to draw over. It tends to get much better results with less tweaking, but you either have to have a very sophisticated automasking setup (which I'm still learning how to build) or you have to draw the mask yourself which takes time.
Outpainting is where you extend the borders of the image and let the AI fill in what *should* be there. I'm still working on my outpainting workflow as right now it's just a mess.

One of these days I'll take everything I've learned and make a kind of master workflow that can handle just about everything.
But for now, a request like "Get her tits out and put cum on her face" takes me at bare minimum 2 separate passes. The only reason it's even feasible for me to do that is because I have that auto-resizer I mentioned earlier which keeps my gens to a reasonable 45 ish seconds. Still asking for that sorta thing is usually just going to be ignored. At least by me
