The car itself seems to be Ok, as far as modern cars go. Most new cars today have massive problems, failures and breakdown issues, so the Tesla's problems aren't unusual for a modern car. Ford for example is having massive warranty issues across several new vehicle models. You can easily google the tesla truck collision repair problems and the towing weld failure issues.
