Do a sleep study and get checked for sleep apnea

I didn't mean like that. I wake up and can continue with my day, I'm with energy but with no will

Used to think it was gym bro BS but exercise genuinely helped me a while back when I was severely depressed. Was hard to get the motivation though ngl. No need to even go anywhere...can start in your own room.

One off. I've heard that multiple times, I should try it, I just don't like being sweaty, but I guess I can't avoid it forever

Start with some really light excersise even. Don't need to be sweating bullets. A few pushups even from your knees if you can't manage proper ones yet. It will help.

Also simply having a certain schedule of your day itself helps. Eat properly and make sure you eat roughly around the same times every day. Try to fix your sleep schedule too if it isn't the best right now. Might be a bit of a cliché but the whole "healthy body healthy mind" thing certainly holds some value. I doubt it will fix all your problems but it might just put you on the right track.
