You know this is fake, right? Even aside from the photoshop and the fact that no player is lister with those stats, someone built like that at 6'11 would weigh a lot more than 310 lbs.
And to answer the question about why other countries don't have NFL players, it's because nobody else plays it. The USA also has a far higher budget for sports, in most countries sporting scholarships don't even exist, while most developed countries just don't care enough to pay most athletes. The idea that you guys will get crowds at a school sporting event and televise college football is mind blowing to people in most first world countries, so promising athletes usually have to find real jobs instead. The only other country that obsessed with their athletes is China, where they're all malnourished and tiny.
