How far down into the planet could all the nukes on Earth go, if you detonated them one-by-one in the Mariana Trench?

I don't even wanna think about the unforeseen consequences of tampering with the ocean ecosystem in such a way

Nothing major would happen.

not sure proximity fuses have been in use for a long time prior to that was timed fuses so getting a max crater depth is not something i have seen on tv. that said you will get to a liquid that i assume will level out faster than you could drop nukes. two nukes nose to tail would not increase depth, but one after another might, the lava should reduce any progress by dispersing blast wave and self leveling.
soo a few feet into the first magma pocket.

Probably not very far. Contrary to popular belief, nuclear weapons detonated on the surface won't make huge craters in solid rock, even less so if you were to detonate them under the weight of all that water. In addition, the softer material of the oceanic sediment around it would be constantly disturbed and fall back into any hole you created.
