Simple fix really. Just make the males "proper" goblins and the females green hotness. It would make sense for the females to evolve along those likes given goblins seem to enjoy boning the women of other races in most settings these days. Natural selection would eventually cause the females to start looking like those of other races.

In general a human population where the median age ticks up closer to like 60 is going to be a much more lethargic, static one. RPG hybrids probably. Number go up isn't really as strong of a core idea anymore even if it's always a driver for various mechanics that do have an element of number go up. People want experiences.
Though right now, Hero fighters/shooters seem to be popular, but I've never been a fan of the Hero genre, so I could be biased for a couple reasons.
