What OS do you run anon? And why? Also is Linux worth using given the fact that almost nothing is compatible with it afaik? Any input is appreciated.

I use GNU/Linux. Windows software compatibility has improved substantially over the years, and every game I've played works perfectly. Whenever I couldn't get a specific program to work -- I found an alternative. There are a handful of online games that don't work due to certain anti-cheats.

I have had no issues using Canon and HP printers scanner combos with Linux. Wireless drivers aren't as bad as they used to be

This. I have an old flatbed scanner that hasn't worked on windows since XP and it always works perfectly first try with linux.
