the fact that dentistry isn't covered on the nhs except for a few that are impossible to get into is proof that the nhs doesn't work.
no one i know has ever went private and then had any complaints. compared to the nhs, everything is better. the doctors, the nurses, the rooms, the time and diagnosis.
i once got referred to a private clinic attached to a hospital through the nhs (thanks to being under 18 at the time) and the building made me feel poor. everybody was really nice, it made me feel like i shouldn't be in there because it didnt feel like doctors or hospitals.
