I was just contemplating earlier today, times have changed. Back in 2007, when drawthreads weren't shit and there were actually artists present who genuinely wanted to make people happy, actually put effort into their deliveries, fucking every single request in the thread would get done. Twice, most of the times. Sometimes even more than that.
And I don't give a fuck what you try and say, try to say "well these requests would get done too, it's just their shit!" nah. Every. fucking request was done in 2007.
There was no bias, hating repeat requesters and shit like that didn't come until later, nobody cared about that stuff. Everyone was served with a smile.
Why did it change? I don't know. These shitty threads have rules and regulations now, half the drawfags moved to different social platforms after gamergate, and maybe no one came around to replace them. Or no one good, at least.
