Here's a screenshot of my current inpainting workflow. It requires you to manually draw the inpainting mask, but I'm trying to figure out how to do that automatically.
With the 4090, you're more than fine. I'm doing this off an old laptop with a 3050.
For models I tend to use EpicRealismXL and a couple loras for skintone and pubic hair

Manually painting a mask? meaning you cut out all the areas that have clothes and leave those spots as an empty background (png), or you paint over it with a specific color?

Also is this pretty good for a wide range of body types? I'm using a very recently made workflow by someone, it uses flux, and there is no masking or anything you just plug and go, very effective at removing the clothes and looking realistic every time, only thing is though it does the same body type every time, even if the girl is chubby with big tits she will somehow come out looking fairly fit with perky tits.

I would like to be able to do more realistic gens, of chubbies, older women, big areloas, maybe have some actual pubic hair sometimes. You know, be able to capture the wide variety of what humanity is, not just turn every person into fit bodies, same perky tits.

In inpainting you draw a mask over the areas you want to change and then tell the AI to only change the area inside the mask while looking at the areas outside the mask for context.
You can either draw a mask outside the image and import it separately or, like I do, just right click on the image load node and select Open in Mask Editor, then manually draw it. I know there's ways to auto mask, but I haven't learned how yet and I don't like using other peoples workflows because I like to firmly understand how things work so I can make it more efficient
