Marx was a trust fund kid. His entire manifesto is literally a make believe government for trust fund kids. It has no bearing on real life or natural principles, so as a result it always is doomed to fail. BUT, it looks super attractive to anyone who is disconnected from the real world, as trust fund kids are. So these dunces go to college, get taught this crap, they go OH! please lets have that for government, then proceed to ignore all evidence to the contrary that it will suck super fucking bad. The allure is that the trust fund kids won't have to work in the "utopia" described by Marx. Except you always end up with autocratic dystopia - tons of death, starvation, dictators doing whatever the fuck they want, because the whole shebang is built off worker (poor people) exploitation for the political elite (the trust fund kids). And of course, the trust fund kids always expect THEY will be on top, getting free shit.
