If they aren't willing to do that still, then you need to call 911 and have an Ambulance take you. What backwater country do you live in that you don't know what Pedialyte is? Usually you give it to infants and toddlers when they're constipated, dehydrated, or sick. It's essentially just Gatorade on steroids. Lots of electrolytes and made to hydrate you quickly.

If you're as sick as you say you are, that means you're more dehydrated than you realize. Pedialyte is good for rehydrating you and getting the bowels moving.

Again though, it sounds like you've been shitting your stomach out since this morning. If things haven't gotten better by tomorrow morning, you really should go to the hospital.
