get yourself some sports/electrolyte drinks like gatorade. constantly drinking water just to keep hydrated only to shit it out in a few minutes can mess up your electrolyte balance and cause cramps on the least stretched parts of your body. my morning exercises and my job dont involve my core muscles so when i also had watery shits every 10 mins after getting food poisoning i started getting cramps all over my lower abdomen for just the slightest movements (like shivering) and had a hard time getting to the hospital because of it. seriously just get yourself to the hospital before that happens

Sounds like when I had salmonella infection. Cold sweats, fever, nausea and unable to sleep for more than 30 minutes without waking up and shitting myself.

Your situation actually sounds worse and I think you seriously need to seek medical attention.

if you've been in utter pain this long, shitting your brains out, go to an ER. YOu said you don't have an ID to drive. Cool, whatever. Call an Uber and ask them to take you to a hospital.

If you can't do that for whatever reason (money problems I assume), then you need to tell family, or a friend, to get you to a hospital.

If they aren't willing to do that still, then you need to call 911 and have an Ambulance take you. Yeah, if you don't have medical insurance it's gonna suck, but I'd rather have a bill and be alive, than die from dehydration and a colon disease I ignored, my corpse laying on a computer because I was too embarrassed to call for help.

What backwater country do you live in that you don't know what Pedialyte is? Usually you give it to infants and toddlers when they're constipated, dehydrated, or sick. It's essentially just Gatorade on steroids. Lots of electrolytes and made to hydrate you quickly.

If you're as sick as you say you are, that means you're more dehydrated than you realize. Pedialyte is good for rehydrating you and getting the bowels moving.

Again though, it sounds like you've been shitting your stomach out since this morning. If things haven't gotten better by tomorrow morning, you really should go to the hospital.

Idk why, but humans tend to think stomach problems like pooping constantly aren't a big deal. Realistically, you could have contracted something that could be fatal and would quite literally kill you on the toilet. Don't "wait it out."
