As a general rule, the more characters/elements there are in a scene, the more likely AI is to struggle. Up until pretty recently just 3 characters was a big ask for most models. Nowadays 3 is generally fine, but more than that (unless maybe it's like, a bunch of offscreen faceless men in a gangbang) and it's probably going to quickly start falling apart and take a lot of manual wrangling to get something high quality.
