When you are in public you have no expectation of privacy. If you decide to wear thongs or booty shorts, and you are walking on a public sidewalk, beach etc. it means you can be filmed, by security cameras and even vloggers or tourists with cameras.
It crosses a line when you try to do weird shit like upskirting, or changing room voyeurism (which is against all state and federal laws) but simply filming in a public place where you might see some (18+) ass is legal. What you do with the footage and the context might depend on your local laws.
