1. "Trump" didn't fire anybody.
2. The "federal prosecutor" was fired by the DOJ District Office from the Southern District of New York (run entirely by Democrats in that District) for TWO reasons, either of which was sufficient but the latest was just two much:
a) The attorney was Maurene Comey, who just so happens to be the daughter of corrupt former FBI Director James Comey, who is currently under investigation by the FBI and the DOJ for at least three criminal counts. Thus, this is a massive conflict of interest for the DOJ to continue to employ her.
b) Maurene Comey FAILED in both high profile prosecutions against Ghislaine Maxwell (Jeffrey Epstein) in only getting a couple counts to stick and in failing to get a serious sentence, plus FAILED entirely against Sean Diddy Combs (and 3 other relatively high profile cases), plus she literally has the worst prosecution record of any U.S. Attorney in the Southern District (by far) and there has been plenty of investigation by the NY State Bar that she has been involved politically in soft plea deals and destroying evidence or failing to bring cases that would negatively have some bearing on her father.

She was earmarked for termination during the Biden Administration since February of 2022.

That the S.District of NY finally fired her (Trump had nothing to do with this) is a good day for justice in the S.D. Frankly, she sucked as an attorney and but for her father, she would be in some low level job at best and likely not even a lawyer.

How hysterical you imbeciles think this has anything to do with Trump.

I'd also remind everyone that it was the Southern District of New York that is the major jurisdiction that is preventing the release of the Epstein files. That U.S. Court holds the original files, under seal.
