The women who have great feet usually don't realize how much power they possess in them until adolescence.
Much of them showing off is them slowly walking through the process of discovery. This effect increases over time with no check to balance because men never want to give up the secret, and women don't really question the admiration.
Lately, even over the last decade, awareness has dramatically increased among women. Men have always silently admired.
