For instance the theory of evolution has some really big holes yet is taught as if it is already a proven fact.

Species 1 - horse
Species 2 - donkey
Mate them and you get species 3 - mule, which has several better features for a farming society. It's why we have been selectively breeding them for 10,000 years.
There's never been a thoroughbred mule. When you breed 2 species from the same family chart, their offspring are sterile. The DNA doesn't work and has never worked for evolution to be a real thing.

Horses and donkeys can breed but they're too different for any form of evolution because evolution happens across generations and generations can't exist if you're infertile.

Well yes, we have been looking for a genetic variation that would in any way help a species excel in it's environment, but after searching we have only found genetic defects, such as albino, loss of a limb (birth defect), mutations that in no way help the species be better.

Natural selection through a predator killing and eating is a subtractive process that removes genetic markers from the group. It doesn't add anything that would make the species better.

I read a LOT. When I was younger, I did a 55 page report, basically a high school dissertation, on Evolution. At that point no one ever told me that there was any scientific questions about evolution so I took it to be scientific fact. The more I read about it now, the more I find how scientists want so desperately to believe this theory, that it's kinda sad. Sorry, but I can't believe it now that I have all the evidence. You should read counter arguments on the theory of evolution and make up your own mind.
