And you really think that philosophers of law, policymakers, all branches of government, politicians worldwide, criminologists, NGOs, law enforcement, and many other groups involved in it, simply didn't get your brilliant idea on trying to make a perfect and ideal, adaptable legal system that permits only good things and never bad things?
If you want to reform the system, first learn why it is the way it is, instead of jumping to simplistic "blame the X" rationalizations.
Your entire argument thus far is "Yes, I know most minors would be dated by adults in heterosexual coupling that can result in pregrnancies like it happens between adults, yes, I know there are horrible adults who gravitate towards most naive and unskilled (almost all young people) individuals, who will try to turn them into slaves, into their punching bags, and it's unlikely an average minor will be developed enough to react to such abuse and get help, but I prioritize the hypothetical few exceptions, and will risk opening up loopholes, to enforce a system that only works in idealized scenarios, that will be played on by abusive people, for the sole purpose of allowing adults to stick their dick one or two years earlier, with me creating pages of regulations of such relationships, setting up organizations to constantly monitor such relationships, with setting up educational programs to prepare kids to get fucked by adults, and overall rewriting every aspect of society solely to allow the few hypothetical adults to put their dick in a kid. And of course, I will do it because I'm absolutely unbiased about the topic.".
