Many cheeses, particularly aged and hard varieties, contain very low levels of lactose and can often be enjoyed by those with lactose intolerance. The cheesemaking process, especially aging, converts lactose into lactic acid, significantly reducing the lactose content.

You should make it your life work to inform every self-purported lactose intolerant of this. Because every last one of those genetic failures will whine for the rest of the even if their meal so much as sniffs a piece of cheese. They never hesitate to get full points for victim cred as they let you know how bad they have it and how they so wish they could have cheese.
Spread the good word, faggot

Rear lactose intolerance is very rare. Most likely (and was in my case) the processed food is what makes people sick, and the cheese ends up the fallguy.
