anon it's not always a good idea to post on 4chan about your situation
having an abusive father can be really traumatic
I can see from your post that you weren't given much love or care as a kid
maybe your mother too couldn't really do anything
but whatever it is I'm still an outsider with no intospect I don't know how hard is it for you
getting over trauma is a hard thing to do it may take weeks or a big unit of time but it is possible
and do not hate yourself or think what you're feeling is wrong
