Seems silly to keep secrets from a psychiatrist or therapist. Their ability to understand you and help you are based on what they know about you. If you keep half your life hidden from them they do not have an accurate picture of you and your mind and would be totally unable to actually help you. -hangout and drink with frens
-go to panels .... god my tism love a good panels
-drink a fair bit ant party
-just chill and meet some strangers tho when sober i'm shy AF and its very hard but noone can even tell and they think im "super well with strangers" where in fact its all just masking and

Not really big on panels or meeting strangers myself, but I did that back when nobody else was doing cons yet.
My favorite moments were just hanging out with the group in the room drinking and playing party games and shit.
