I submit there exists a slew of politicians on 'The List,' possibly recorded in nefarious acts themselves and used as blackmail to control these compromised perverts. This could explain the baffling turns of allegiance and reprehensible hypocrisy, morals, statements, and voting records of congressmen.

As for Democrats - it seems either fewer fell under Trump's blackmail control, or under pressure of exposure if they properly resist are totally ineffectual at thwarting Trump's rise to dictatorship. The few unsullied newcomers that do stand up are too few and dismissed as "communist" to be of consequence.

If all the blackmail was revealed, Trump would lose whatever leverage he holds over the perpetrators to do his bidding. And the clock is running. He already has the judiciary, congress, and law enforcement doing his bidding, and he's also working on controlling the MSM with lawsuits and takeovers.
The final blow to America as we knew it will be a declaration of martial law. Trump is preparing for that by provoking riots against ICE and flouting habeus corpus.
