I don't tend to love things about entire groups in general anon.
I've loved many different women for reasons that aren't their bodies though.
I love my mother for giving birth to me and raising me to the best of her ability alongside my father.
I love my sister for being a good part of my childhood and giving me two nephews that I love to bits and would do anything to protect.
I love my female mentor who helped me through dealing with a mental breakdown and looking into the things that I needed to attend to deal with the fallout of said breakdown, she was a real life saver.
I loved my ex girlfriends, some of them deserved it by loving me back and some of them taught me not to love people who can't appreciate or return that love.
I've had several great female teachers, who managed to make their subjects interesting and engaging.
I love all of my female friends who have supported me and allowed me to support them without romance being part of our dynamic.
I think the idea that men inherently objectify women is a faulty, sure men are visual with their sexuality, but when they look at a pair of tits part of that attraction towards them is the hope that they belong to a woman who might return that attraction back to them.
