tbh it's not really a big deal if they require me to install full septic and pay for grid power, just means i have to push building back a couple years than planned
can still camp there and work on other improvements in the meantime, plenty to keep me occupied
i do hope we get the parcel, it was the best out of all the ones i looked at
tho we kinda lowballed the seller, it's been on the market for quite some time with little apparent interest
