Was just reading about this the other day, and made me pretty said.

Not only that, but you know that they cast a nigger Hermione in the cursed child too. I thought however that it was only the original version, so I looked up the cast of the international productions also. The only place where Hermione is not a nigger is Japan, everywhere else she is black: Germany, Canada, Australia...

Snape being black is just rage bait. At the end of the day it doesn't matter, but it's still retarded. It's so obvious what they are doing, though. They try and obtain a "diverse" cast and force it on to the public for no reason other than woke. It adds nothing to the story and just makes the entire establishment cringe.

The reason people get upset at this kind of stuff, if they actually care about it, is because deliberately changing the race of a character normally means other parts of the story will be altered to fit their ideological narrative. It's politics on the screen, and nothing more. People are upset because hollywood is just retarded and struggles to produce genuinely good movies and franchises like they once did.

Dunno. I'm not interested in this version either, but I'm not sure if the movies are that great.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan. Actually I'm watching the series nowadays again, I'm in the middle of the 5th movie, plan to continue this evening.

But the more I watch it, the more I see it as a good book adaptation, but a crappy movie on its own. Like if you watch any of them without reading the book, you won't know what's going on, what is happening and why. Each book has so much going on, that it's simply impossible to recreate it a standalone movie.

Harry’s dad and his three white mates tormenting a poor black lad who got sorted into the”evil” house is a bold direction for the series. I’m sure no drama will come from this in the slightest.
