There are RULES you MUST NEVER violate about what the established medical business tells what you are allowed and not allowed to say.
SIDS is usually suffocation or injury by a postpartum depressed mother, but if you EVER say that you get blacklisted and unable to ever work in medicine again.
That rule, and cargoship loads of the other bullshit ruling over medical practice, like requirement of pharmaceuticals over treatment and therapy, caused me to change to engineering.
