Biden isn't on the list. But, the list clearly implicates both sides, so it'd be damaging as fuck. It's a deterrent for both parties. Trump is an idiot that kept bringing it up, despite clearly being involved with this. But, I don't think even Dems or Republicans thought it would escalate to this point. Dems best move now is to just keep voting to release it because they know it looks bad that Republicans are voting to block it.
