I just got my work hours reduced to 3 hours per month because I sent a coworker (manager) a message "I just realised cocks look like chicken heads" and apparently its inappropriate even though we work at a roasted and fried chicken restaurant (fast food). All the managers are rude and im always the only guy on shift whenever im there.
