Personally I think if you had that extra weight around the waist and didn't have the chest to balance it out it would actually look odd, but as you are I think you look great!

Elevated estrogen levels and not enough protein. I used to look similar to this at 196lbs (i'm 6'0") rn im quite slimmed down at 160 but gyno is still kinda there. Mine isn't that severe as in the pic but i had gyno since around 12, used to live with it by now at this point. lifted a year ago to broaden my shoulders and make my wide hips a bit less prominent in comparison. Switch to whole grain bread if possible and eat a diet high in animal based protein they're also high in aminoacids which will help u+med fat (no deep fry, just natural fat)+ low carb for a while. lift or do high intensity cardio. legs have the biggest muscles in body so working them will make ur body produce more T.
