Java Spring Boot is great, Just is a bit faster and a better cloud native language Rust for aws lambda, Have Spring Boot for ECS Fargate is what I'm doing right now, use rust a bit more than java

There are no "basic" languages, any AI able to do serious work (not a simple script) with any of those could use all other languages as well.

friends of mine work for Siemens and on of them is a C# dev, the other uses c++.
they still use .NET 4.6 for C#, not even 4.8 and sure as shit not .NET 9
