My ex-girlfriend once said "I want to hear something. You dont make any noise" in reference to our sex life. I didnt take that well; in fact, I was very disappointed in her needing caveman-like grunts and moans. I dont see any need for that shit. Anyway, the next 10 times we had sex I would go "UNNNNNNHHHHHH" "UNNGGGHHHHHHH" every thrust and eventually she started crying because I basically treated her request for more enthusiastic sex as a prank and it demonstrated zero respect for her attempt to get more satisfaction from our sex life
That being said, what should I have done? Is fake grunting supposed to be hot? When you tell someone how they should behave during sex you turn them into your sex slave. Its incredibly tactless and reflects someone who needs performance during sex. Not in the physical sense but someone huffing and puffing so you can get off because it makes you feel irresistable. Even if its faked. I dont get that part. Telling someone you have sex with, instructing them on how to behave, isn't that dehumanizing? Or is this something couples work together on for mutual satisfaction?
It creeped me out and I refused to start groaning and moaning to placate her ego.
Groans and moans during sex is too animalistic. I only vocalize when I'm trying to explain something to someone. So the question is: is this bullshit common among sex havers?
